I would love to do that but I have no idea how. The goal is to add a backslash to the end of every line in the file. I don't see a way to do it, without having a backslash on the command line. It allows someone to check out the Git repository and build it natively on Windows without needing all the autotools, etc. It needs no POSIX tools other than a version of sed.
