Details:
Thanks for adding grouped target rules. It would great to have an automatic
variable, say $&, which expands to all the targets in a grouped target rule,
in the order they are specified.
This would allow one to write, for example,
%.c %.h: %.y
$(BISON) --defines=$(word 2,$&) -o $(word 1,$&) $<
Right now, it's more cumbersome, as $@ is indeterminate.
