Anyways from all the GNU man pages (but not exactly make's, true, but we
just remember bug-make@gnu.org anyway and wouldn't check the man page),
one thinks filing a bug against a package/program is as easy as sending
it to bug-*@gnu.org. That some assign a number and autoreply, like
bug-gnu-em...@gnu.org (which in fact now uses Debbugs software), and
some don't, and some even... well, let's say reports are very likely to
fall through the cracks and be wasted... is something I would hope you
fellows would unify behind the scenes. Well OK, that those addresses
have "bug" in them means someone will not let them fall through the
cracks one hopes.
