This mailing list is for problems with the GNU make program itself. We can't possibly help troubleshoot all the hundreds of thousands of software packages that use make to control their builds. The above issue is caused by the software you're trying to build failing, not GNU make failing. You'll have to find a mailing list dedicated to supporting that software (looks like pango-1.21.1) and ask them why your build is failing. If I had to guess I'd say you need to install a package on your system (whatever it is) that provides the "glib-mkenums" command, because it's missing.
