add make -C example for more than one directory

Enhance the example in Info:
        equivalently, this (*note Summary of Options: Options Summary.):
     subsystem:
             $(MAKE) -C subdir
by also showing the best way to do this if one has more than one
directory he wants to operate on, e.g., ./dir1, ./dir2 (not ./dir1/dir2)
