Hmmm... that's odd, because the patch manager was already set to notify
bug-m4@gnu.org, so something is not working right :-(

We ought to mirror savannah traffic to the Patches pages to the list, or else disable the patches page the way the bugs page has been disabled (the support page already mirrors to the list). I don't have enough savannah

rights to do this, or it would already be done.

Since notifications are not working I've disabled the patch manager (and
the task tracker, which was empty anyway).

I've also set your remaining permissions to the same as mine.
