\staffHighlight with tempo indication and whole bar rest incorrect

Hello,

"\staffHighlight" does not work properly if there is a tempo marking and
a whole bar rest in the first bar.

In this case, the marking only starts at the end of the tempo marking.

% If there is a full-bar rest and a tempo marking in the first bar, 
% the marking starts at the end of the tempo marking and ends at

% If there is a full rest instead of a full-bar rest, or if there are
