A suggestion for the Glossary in the documentation since I just learned that percent repeats are called "Faulenzer" in colloquial German after I had sought the word in vain in the Lilypond glossary and documentation. Or two suggestions, really.
#1. The entry percent repeat (https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.24/Documentation/music-glossary/percent-repeat) already mentions that percent repeats are also called simile marks in English. Or more precisely percent repeats are repeats notated through simile marks. Simile marks are the signs used in percent repeats. I suggest a separate entry for "simile mark" with reference to "percent repeat" and/or the other way around. #2 While many (most?) glossary entries give the terms in many languages, the percent repeat entry does not, which makes sense. I still suggest that the German translation "Faulenzer" be included. One way could be: percent repeat LilyPond-specific term to indicate the repetition of a musical expression through simile marks. The musical expression can be anything from a single note or note pattern to one or more measures.
