Please give more details. [...] You can ignore all of them, they are not relevant, AFAIK. The only issue with the 'lilypond' and 'lilypond-devel' bundles from MacPorts is what Jean has mentioned: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/67026 Essentially, you have to install the fonts from https://github.com/ArtifexSoftware/urw-base35-fonts/archive/refs/tags/20200910.tar.gz together with some fonts from TeXLive (`texgyre{cursor,heros,schola}-*.otf`) to a place where FontConfig finds them (I guess `~/.fonts` should work).
