Could you give the new macOS binaries a try? Please see https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2022-02/msg00028.html and in particular https://gitlab.com/lilypond/lilypond/-/releases/release%252F2.23.6-1 I hope this shouldn't have the problem of not finding libintl.8.dylib. Jonas
