It's normal, as it's up to translators to update their files.
The italian and french pages are up-to-date. I guess that spanish (and
maybe catalan) will follow soon.
AFAIK the other languages are not maintained, unfortunately.
PS
If we used gettext, we might force the english for fuzzy or new
strings, so any page would be always up-to-date but possibly with a mix
of translated paragraphs and untranslated (english) paragraphs.
But we are not using gettext :-)
