This is a bug report on the bug-reporting instructions at http://lilypond.org/website/bug-reports.html, rather than in lilypond itself, but this seems the likeliest place to reach someone who can address that.
The instructions in step 3 on this page strongly imply that one has to be subscribed to bug-lilypond in order to post to it (in that if that's not the case, the fact that there's no longer an interface for doing so seems irrelevant). But this email proves that being subscribed is not necessary to post. Could this step be reworded to take out the mention of the lack of a posting interface -- or, if that is relevant somehow, clarify what functionality is missing by not having it?
