I can create a new case with git-cl but trying to update an existing
ticket always results in a 404
I saw that John Mandereau had also reported this a week or so back.
I don't have the skills to understand what to do in the git-cl python
files - else I'd have a go at fixing it myself :) I am guessing that the
URL/API to post to a new thread has changed recently.
