I did tell you that this behavior was likely to be different in current versions and it was not clear in which manner it would be wrong. You also failed to specify any expected output: you just said that you expected to write stuff in any order. This will, in current versions, not produce an error but it's unlikely that it produces the desired output in all situations, either.
