If you change the '2.18' to '2.19' in your URL (which is the current unstable version but the more current version of our proeduct) you will see that the link on the footer for the same hypertext links do work. I.e. We are not, as far as I am aware, fixing anything to do with 2.18 and that includes the website (for 2.18). I hope that makes sense. Thanks again for your time.
