As for what you wrote, I think there is a difference between collisions 
caused by bugs (accidentals from a different chord, handling multiple 
voices, etc.) and problems with engraving rules. What I described are 
not collisions but not ideally positioned articulations in relation to 
ledger lines. The only related bug from the list above would be the 
second one, #5020 (which was also reported by me). But then again, one 
is about position of articulations and the other about position of flags 
of grace note, so I am not sure if it would be ideal to merge them into 
a single issue under 'some different stuff is not ideally positioned in 
relation to ledger lines'. In my view, this new report is a different 
thing since it will involve a different implementation, and I could not 
find anything related specifically to it in the list of issues in the 
repository.
