It isn’t complicated at all, and you just need a Google account for the
rietveld code review tool – no gmail address needed, you can even use a
throwaway e-mail address for signing up.
Basically, all you need to do is:
– set up a sourceforge account and request write access to the issue tracker
– commit your changes locally
– upload to Rietveld using git-cl

– create a sf issue with Status:Started, yourself as owner and a link to
the Rietveld review.
When review is finished, you can send your patch(es) in the final state
to the devel list or directly to someone with push access to the
LilyPond source.
