I thought it could be a different issue because the minimal example in that
bug report requires the tuplet bracket position to be different than the
default (by using \override TupletBracket.direction = #UP), while the
examples I gave are all done with default positions. But actually it's
possible to reproduce it without this override by something like this:

{ 
  \times 4/4 { d' d' fis'' fis'' }
}

So yeah, I suppose in the end it's the same issue.
