PointAndClick on Windows

As far as I'm aware, point and click doesn't, and can't, work on Windows.

for details.  I'd like to raise a bug report for this, so that I can get the 
opportunity to fix it at an appropriate time in the development cycle.  Just 
want to check that no-one disagrees and has it working out of the box.
