the example in

http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/Documentation/snippets/staff-notation#staff-notation-inserting-score-fragments-above-a-staff-as-markups

isn't very nice concerning the alignment of the text and the score in the
subsubtitle.

I've tried to fix to what I think looks better:

the main problem remaining is to align the text to the middle staff line -
how can this be automated?
