bug or neglect - I would prefer a general hint to /lookup the manual(s) for more details/ and maybe also a small note saying that /it is possible to use most of these command options from inside LilyPond/ - of course an overview of the corresponding advanced options and (predefined) lilypond commands should then be elaborated.
