Minor update. Add a path to a lilypond executable and I can now get 2.15.9 lilypond-book running again. The changes between 15.9 and 15.10 were Reinhold's large update to make the snippets a sensible width for our documentation. I don't think that and subsequent versions of -book have ever run on Windows. Now looking at how to get rid of that self.stdout = os.fdopen(c2pread, 'rU', bufsize) error.
