Pushed as 83e6304ae3cc708a8e4d0462249ca8babae265a3 and the two preceding
commits to staging (the first commit of the series is taken straight from
Neil's implementation of ly:make-context-mod, the second commit fixes a
minor detail, and the third commit adds \settingsFrom and takes
\grobdescription out of the parser and into a scheme function).
Regtest and docs are still outstanding and will likely go straight to
staging once I write them up.
I am marking this "fixed" since one can now use the existing accidental
styles straightforwardly as context mods (via \settingsFrom), even if the
fix contains no code specific to accidental styles as such.
