The problem comes from a division by 0 error in bar-line.cc (when staff radius is 0, calc_bar_extent goes berserk). I am running the regtests now on a patch that doesn't do the pixel correction introduced in b92ea16ef75d8aaa7bdb9f492b58d7af906e7945 when the staff radius is 0. If the regtests clear, I'll push it to master.
