The safe.ly regtest really causes that output (try to run it manually!), so
it is supposed to be there. The bug was that so far it was either not
present at all in any log file, or it was printed in the log file of
another regtest (because the stdout was buffered, it was printed some time
later, when the output was already redirected to a different log file).
So, the presence of this "unbound open-file" message in safe.log is
actually a verification of the fix.
