hmm. Most of the spam in the regtest comparison is not because of an
actually-changed filename, but rather a different directory path. For some
reason, gub keeps on switching between
/main/src/gub/build/.../input/regression/foo.ly
/home/gperciva/src/gub/build/.../input/regression/foo.ly
(NB: /home/gperciva/src is a symlink to /main/src )
if your patch was aimed at a change of foo.ly -> bar.ly, then it might not
pick up the change of path.
