I've added an --input-filename= option to lys-to-tely.
However, the $(foreach ...) proposal for lysdoc.make still lists everything
on the same command-line. I'm also concerned about the dependencies for
collated-files.list -- if we don't do this carefully, the build system
won't regenerate collated-files.list if a new regtest is added.
I'd be happy if we simply regenerated this list every time. IIRC that's
not too hard to do in make, but I don't know how offhand.
