These regtest differences are there because previously the (set-paper-size "a6") calls didn't have any effect, as they were outside of a \paper block. I'll remove them altogether (rather than wrapping them with a \paper block). These regtests don't depend on the paper size at all, so let's use the default.
Note that this only fixes most warnings on 32-bit Linux. Reportedly there are many more warnings when compiling on 64-bit Linux.
