Thanks for the clarification, Neil! This may be a bit uglier to fix than it would have been previously, due to the fixcc.py run an hour an a half ago.
For more clarity: I am not offering to fix this myself. But whenever somebody fixes this, I'll move ahead with the first 2.16 release candidate (as long as we don't have any new Critical issues before then).
