finally corrected in lilypond/translation, please cherry-pick for 2.14
as well.
As for the bug mentioned by James it is not existent anymore in 2.14 as
far as I can tell so I would suggest closing the issue.

in the German version of the front page the direct links to the
development version are broken.
They point to community.de.html instead of development.de.html.
I think this keeps many people from downloading the development version
or even look at their manuals.
