maybe this is related to issue 1621 http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?can=1&q=1621&colspec=ID%20Type%20Status%20Priority%20Stars%20Owner%20Patch%20Summary&sort=-id&id=1621 where nested lyrics mishandle the alignment.
