New issue 1744 by brownian.box: \once \set behavior should be documented

This is all about issue 153 and issue 1740:
Since now "\once \set" behaves as it does (restores not "original" but
default settings after applying) -- something should be added
to "notation/the-set-command"
(http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/notation/the-set-command now).
So, probably, issue 153 would be marked as Invalid or, more probably,
converted to Enhancement (let's discuss).
