Here is a tip if you are searching for the file which this piece of code is
in. The link text is 'Erweitern' but don't look for it in manuals.itexi;
it is in scripts/build/create-weblinks-itexi.py
Line 112 of de/web/manuals.itexi has the macro call for the link and there
it reads 'Erweitert'.
The link in lilypond.org/development.de.html for Extending is right; the
macro call is in Documentation/de/web/community.itexi , line 726
