sure that he (or she? who knows with German names) gets credit for the patch. I'll take care of git, but I still need to know what email address to put on the commit.
I believe it was Peter Chubb who made the patch. He posted it to the list. I reported the problem, and confirmed that the patch solved it. FYI "Helge" is a male name, while "Helga" is the female equivalent. And I'm from norway, not Germany. :-)
