So we need to mention midiChannelMapping in CHANGES.
I will try to add that soon.
midiVolume did work in versions 2.12.3 through at least 2.13.48, so I'll
raise another issue for that. Workaround is to avoid zero volume, such as :
midiMinimumVolume = #0.01
midiMaximumVolume = #0.02
