I disagree. The new CG 3.1 compiling with lilybuntu should be so incredibly clear that there's no doubt whatsoever. (I'm not saying that the new section *is* incredibly clear yet; just that it *should* be) If there's evidence that contributors find this confusing, even after a couple of rounds of drafts, then I may re-evaluate. But at the moment, I forsee little benefit to adding this to lily-git.tcl.
