If "right now" you mean "in the next 2-6 weeks until 2.14 is released", then yes. If you'd mentioned it earlier (or later), then I'd just say "patches appreciated". :)
As for validation... if Patrick checks in the 2.13.43 binary and says it's fixed, that's good enough for me.
