There's (IMO acceptable/good) changes to:
skiptypesetting-show-last.ly
skiptypesetting-tuplet.ly
In particular, the "extra" bar line that's between the clef and time
signature is removed after applying Neil's patch. The output of those two
regtests just looks like normal music.
This seems like a quite acceptable change. Neil, could you make a new
patch which removes the TODO comment, and then put it up on reitveld for an
official 24-hour review?
