It would be nice to add point-and-click support for the SVG output.
Requirements:
-) Add a "grob-cause" procedure to scm/output-svg.com for line/column
extraction.
-) Research an appropriate implementation. One possibility is RDFa, which
is designed (AFAIK) to be embedded within XML or XML-derived documents.
