It was actually fixed before. No tremolos should be included, unless
\tabFullNotation is active.
I've revised the sample code and added it as a regtest effective for
2.13.34.
So the behavior was fixed in 2.13.32, but the regtest is in 2.13.34. I
think it's best to list it as fixed for 2.13.32, but I'd be fine with
calling it fixed as of 2.13.34.
