There will never be a stable 2.13 release; the next stable release is 2.14. This will happen when we have had 0 Critical issues for two weeks, after announcing a potentially final 2.13 candidate. http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/list?mode=grid&y=Priority&x=Type&cells=ids We have had 10-20 Critical issues for pretty much all of 2010; we keep on getting new issue reports to replace ones that are fixed. The current batch could be fixed with about 20-40 hours of solid work, but we have no idea how many other issues will be found while we're working on those.
