While this attitude is noble, I think it is impractical. IMHO, a non-impaired person who isn't used to work with the computer hardware for blind people has no real chance to find problematic issues since it is incredibly hard to force an untrained brain into `blind reading mode'.
I suggest a different approach: Animate impaired users to even more report documentation problems so that we can fix them in due course.
