Ah, okay, you are referring to the figures missing in 2.12. That was the bug! Yes, the 2.12 behaviour was the real bug (if you enter a figure, you want it to appear, LilyPond silently(!) leaving something out for no good reason is just bad, bad, bad). So, yes, please consider this issue fixed. 2.13 works as expected.
