This now contains what I believe to be our current practice and policies. Please review it and let me know if there's anything that's unclear, incorrect, and the like. I introduced a two deliberate policy changes: - target response time is 24 hours (not 7 days) - every issue must have a Status, Type, and Priority. I think those will be possible with the expanded Bug Squad. On that note, we'll soon be getting more people joining the Bug Squad. We want to cut down on unnecessary chatter and training, so **PLEASE** check this updated chapter. Ideally we should just point new helpers at this chapter and then have no questions. When you review the chapter, don't just nod and think "yeah, that's how I do stuff" -- ask yourself "when I was starting out, would I know what I was supposed to do after reading this?".
