The different types of heads are documented in Notation 1.1.4 Noteheads
under Shape note heads.
There are also regtests for the new features:
note-head-shape-minor.ly, note-head-southern-harmony.ly,
note-head-aiken.ly, and note-head-sacred-
harp.ly
Why did you think that these were missing? I guess I didn't put 602 in my
final commit; it was only "Improved
shape note support".
