Multi-page scores would benefit by having a "binding gutter" that adds an
additional amount of space on the left for odd-numbered pages and on the
right for even-numbered pages.
A logical extension of this concept would be to have another variable that
indicates whether the binding gutter on odd-numbered pages should be on the
#RIGHT or #LEFT (which tacitly sets the gutter for the even-numbered pages
on
the other side).
