Now i have this:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 326-331:
ordinal not in range(128)
And after changing line 1535 like this:
- file.write(self.format_help())
+ # yes, i do have UTF-8:
+ file.write(self.format_help().encode('utf-8'))
i have got normal output.
First, i am not sure, probably this is the problem of my installation.
So, please, i anyone can verify this --- *please do*!
Second, this must be wrong way .)
