I recently came across an old version of the C-clef in a 1913 publication.
It is very
similar to this one on the Wikimedia Commons:

Is this a good place to mention that? I suspect it would only be a useful
addition to
Lilypond for a musicologist, since most contemporary works would just use
the octave
treble clef.
