I'm planning on releasing 2.13.next tomorrow or the day after, and I'd like to announce that all issues have either been fixed or are in the tracker. This is so that people who have reported issues (either bugs, doc suggestions, whatever) can check the tracker and program behavior, and then re-report anything that we've lost.
If you're working on anything that isn't in the tracker, please add it soon. Bug Squad, please catch up on any bug report waiting for your attention.
