This should output a single, cropped SVG file that contains only the first system of music, and the header, if it exists.
Actually this produces "full" SVG and a preview *also*, which is correct, i guess. (-dhelp says: preview (#f) Create PNG and EPS preview images also.) Should this help text be corrected, btw? Comment this, please, anybody.
